Hotel Policy & Booking Conditions

Policy:

• Check-In and Check-Out Timings:-Check-in time is at 12:00 PM. Check-out time is at 11:00 Am (noon).
• Room Occupancy:- The maximum number of occupants in each room should not exceed the specified limit of 3
• Smoking Policy:- Hotel Lucky India is a smoke-free establishment. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas, including rooms and common spaces. Designated smoking areas are available outside the hotel premises. If found penalty of Rs 2000/- will applicable.
• Noise and Disturbance:-Please be considerate of other guests and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during the night time hours.
• Valuables and Security:- The hotel provides safety deposit boxes at the front desk to store your valuables. We recommend using the provided safety measures and not leaving any valuable items unattended in the room.
• Damage and Loss:- Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to hotel property or items within the room during their stay. Please report any damages or losses to the hotel staff immediately.
• Visitors and Guest Access:- Visitors are allowed in the lobby and common areas but are not permitted inside the guest rooms.
• Pets:- Pets are not allowed inside the hotel premises, with the exception of service animals as required by law.

Cancellation Policy

• No Cancellation charge,if cancelled 15 days before the check in date.
• Retention for complete stay, if cancelled within 15 days of the check in date.
